Crystal is a proud Mexican immigrant and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a deep commitment to mental health, cultural empowerment, and healing. She has worked extensively with diverse, low-income communities in community-based mental health settings.

Crystal’s own immigration journey informs her trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach. She supports individuals and families in strengthening relationships, setting healthy boundaries, and developing self-care practices that reflect their culture, values, and lived experiences. She is especially passionate about helping clients communicate assertively and reconnect with their sense of self.
