Tona specializes in supporting college students and first-generation graduates as they navigate identity, pressure, and life transitions. Her approach is grounded in empathy, cultural sensitivity, and genuine connection.

Outside of her clinical work, Tona finds joy in makeup artistry, true crime podcasts, concerts, and cozy nights with her two dogs, Pip and Jinx. A proud foodie and devoted family member, she loves exploring dessert spots and spending quality time with her husband and parents.

Tona’s deep commitment to community, healing, and empowerment shines through in everything she does—both in and out of the therapy room.
